Really pleased with my experience using Box Appliance for a repair on my Wolf oven. Our technician, Jesus, did a great job ensuring the work space was kept clean and provided plenty of detail about the issues--he even shared some tips for how best to clean the oven, stove, and hood!

Ryan - Marvin just came to our home to fix our WOLF coffee machine and he was great. This is no issue with Marvin!
But he fixed the problem within 5 minutes - literally by just installing a new "grounds container" for this coffee machine. And the charge was $223 for labor.
That is incredibly costly for a short and easy visit -- and is the cost of buying a nice new coffee machine.

Very impressive service appointment setup, status and communication. Rommel diagnosed all the problems we thought we had with our newly installed Sub-Zero refrigerator/freezer and identified the solution - it needed a bit more installation adjustments.

Box Appliance is great! They were super fast in setting up an appointment, were amazingly efficient at communicating when my technician would be here, and the technician, Francisco, was friendly, fast and very efficient. This was a warranty adjustment on a new fridge, but based on this experience, I will definitely contact Box Appliance for future appliance repairs. Five stars all the way. :-)

I was having issues with one of the igniters (clicking noise) while burner was in use. Gabe from Box Appliances was able to identify the problem, make minor adjustments and just like that it was fixed.

Box is hands down the most professional appliance repair service we've ever used. Their communications are prompt and courteous and their repair people are well trained. We've used them several times for our sub-zero fridge and wolf range and all were excellent experiences. Jesus in the 831 area code is an awesome technician.

My Sub-Zero two-drawer refrigerator stopped working. I called Box Appliance based on prior good experience with them. I was able to get a service appointment for the next day. I had a very knowledgeable and professional technician come to my home. He quickly diagnosed the problem and got the unit running after making some electrical connection adjustments. I was completely satisfied and will call on Box Appliance again when needed.

The stainless pan of our new Wolf cooktop arrived with small scratches on it, noticeable immediately after it was installed. A new pan was ordered and installed by the Box technicians. The technicians were great. The installation of the new pan went quickly and smoothly. We were impressed with the technicians as well as the promptness of the warranty by subzero covering the part.

Your service man was absolutely professionally perfect.
I am in a business that requires.I also have technicians that go to people's houses for electronic purposes.
I first have them explain the procedures that they will be using to complete their services.
I train them to use blankets.Keep things clean Throughout the entire service... et cetera.
Jacob was completely a dream of an employee. Keep him and give him a raise.
He checks every box......
